
Bristot Classico Intenso e Cremoso

- The espresso blend I’m currently using is the Bristot Classico Intenso e Cremoso beans from Caffe Bristot in Belluno, located in the foothills of the Dolomite Mountains in Italy.
- I found these beans on Amazon.com
- The is a 60/40 Arabica/Robusta blend. I generally prefer some Robusta in my coffee for that oomph.
- The roast is pretty dark, almost to the point of being charred.
- I felt like it lacked that typical “flavor/aroma” punch of Italian coffees in the first sip, instead the experience was more one of burnt coffee.
